AGE Maximum 45 yrs

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Plant Head to lead our Automotive Filtration manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in all types of filtration productsespecially those used in heavy commercial vehicles, including metal-free filters. The candidate should have a strong background in plant operations, team management, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction in an IATF-certified environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant Operations & Leadership:
- Oversee end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and safety.
- Ensure smooth and efficient production of a wide range of filtration products, including metal-free and conventional filters.
- Maintain consistent alignment with business targets in productivity, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Strategic Planning & Profitability:
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and improve plant profitability.
- Monitor and optimize operational KPIs such as output, wastage, downtime, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to define and achieve long-term strategic goals.
- Team Management:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams across production, quality, maintenance, and support functions.
- Build a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop plant personnel for succession planning.
- Customer Focus & Quality:
- Champion a customer-centric approach in all aspects of operations.
- Ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of performance, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Implement and enforce robust quality assurance processes.
- Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Foster a safe working environment by promoting EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards and compliance.
- Technology & Systems:
- Well-versed with SAP and capable of managing plant operations using ERP systems.
- Promote digital tools and lean manufacturing practices to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of relevant experience in the automotive filtration manufacturing sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of all types of filters, especially those used in heavy commercial vehicles.
- Working knowledge of metal-free filter technologies is a significant advantage.
- Experience in an IATF-certified organization is mandatory.
- Proficiency in SAP and data-driven decision making.
- Proven leadership ability to drive teams and manage complex operations.
- Experience in cost management, profitability tracking, and continuous improvement.

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering .with regular course
- MBA/PGDM in Operations Management (preferred ).
