Job Title: Digital Developer - Front End

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. As a front-end specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and back-end developers, to create visually stunning, responsive, and optimized user interfaces. Your role will be critical in delivering engaging digital experiences using Optimizely for web content management and personalization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: BE/BTech with 2-6 years of professional front-end development and design experience.

Must have Skills :

  • Strong programming experience in front-end development and design
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Expertise in React and Node.js
  • Experience in portfolio design for websites in current projects

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Sitecore, or Drupal.
  • Communication Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and stakeholders across departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot front-end and CMS-related issues, offering solutions quickly and effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for design aesthetics, pixel-perfect accuracy, and UX/UI considerations
  • Prototyping experience (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and Design: Develop high-quality, responsive websites and web applications with a focus on seamless user experience, aesthetics, and functionality.
  • Optimizely Implementation: Leverage Optimizely CMS and personalization features to build, optimize, and maintain digital platforms, ensuring best practices in content management.
  • UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to bring mockups and wireframes to life, ensuring designs translate well into functioning interfaces.
  • Optimization A/B Testing: Utilize Optimizelys A/B testing and optimization tools to improve site performance, enhance user engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with marketing, design, and back-end development teams to ensure alignment on project goals and efficient implementation.
  • Code Performance Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks while optimizing performance across all devices.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve front-end issues in production environments, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • CMS Training Support: Assist content managers and marketing teams in managing and optimizing content within the Optimizely CMS platform
