Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional in analyzing KPIs, deriving actionable insights from large-scale data, and preparing strategic presentations for executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing data for a large workforce and delivering high-quality analytics to drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both business analysis and technical aspect, enabling them to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand business aspect of requirements, Documenting the solution for end user, presenting the end solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Develop actionable insights from department-level metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, resource utilization, and operational effectiveness

Project Efficiency Evaluation:

  • Evaluate project delivery efficiency across various streams and geographies
  • Provide recommendations to enhance productivity and streamline operations
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to implement improvements based on analysis

Executive Support and Presentation Preparation:

  • Prepare data-driven presentations and reports for executive visits and reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure alignment on key metrics
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership with clarity and precision

Tool and Process Development:

  • Identify, develop, and enhance tools and processes to streamline data analysis and reporting activities
  • Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Understand technical solutions and conduct business impact assessments for proposed changes
  • Influence the grooming of technical changes to align with business needs
  • Prepare end-user documentation to facilitate understanding and adoption of solutions
  • Prepare presentations and effectively communicate solutions to end customers
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical implementation
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience: 10-12 years of experience in data analysis, project efficiency evaluation, and reporting in a professional services environment
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e. g. , Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
    • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Analytical Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with executives and cross-functional teams
  • Soft Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively across teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the professional services or consulting industry
  • Exposure to analyzing metrics for large teams (600+ associates)
  • Knowledge of global project delivery practices and challenges
