Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will identify potential customers, initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to meet business growth objectives and contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients using online tools, databases, and other resources. Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
Prospecting and Outreach: Initiate contact with decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders. Conduct effective discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify them based on predefined criteria. Engage prospects through personalized communication and tailored messaging.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team with highpotential leads. Collaborate with account executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system. Track and report key metrics, including lead conversion rates and pipeline growth.
Collaboration: Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help improve products or services
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and pipeline development targets. Continuously improve lead qualification processes to enhance the overall sales funnel
Required Skills and Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with lead generation strategies for AI based products, IT staffing, SaaS, or managed services industries. Exposure to cold calling and email outreach best practices.
Client Service: Provide outstanding client service, responding promptly and professionally across communication channels. Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, emphasizing exceptional service and understanding of client needs.
Work Conditions: Ability to work in work from office environment. Flexibility to align with time zones of target markets (e.g., US, UK, or APAC).
