Designation: Senior AI Developer

Position reports to: Team-Lead / Manager
Responsibilities of the position:
- Have previous experience in using various AI models in finance domain.
- Understands, AI Cloud services from major players like Azure, Google, AWS
- Have previous experience in python based data science, Data cleansing, data enrichment. Knowledge of Pandas, Numpy, Statistics, SciPy is must.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing or new software platforms, ensuring seamless interaction with other systems using APIs, Webhooks etc.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and computational efficiency.
- Conduct ongoing research to remain at the forefront of AI and machine learning innovations, incorporating new findings where relevant.
- Manage deployment of projects in production environments and establish monitoring systems to track their performance and impact.
- Work with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate project requirements into effective AI-driven solutions.

Knowledge:
- 2+ years of experience as an AI Developer, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a similar AI/ML-focused role.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, with additional experience in Java or C++.
- Hands-on expertise with leading AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Strong grasp of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and performance evaluation.
- Familiarity with deploying AI models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and model deployment workflows in production.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to work independently and within collaborative team environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders.
- Practical experience with NLP, computer vision, or other domain-specific AI applications.
