Job Description

Primary skills-

• Strong knowledge on Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge on Windows domain server recovery.
• Hands on experience of Windows Active Directory implementation and migration from previous versions to newer.
• configuring, and maintaining Windows Server operating systems.
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Managing user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory configurations.
• Configuring and managing DNS, DHCP, Group policies and other network services.
• Knowledge on Supporting virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge Automating administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge on federation services.

Microsoft 365 Implementation and Migration Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing migrations to Microsoft 365 environments.:

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Plan and execute migrations from legacy systems to Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Configure and customize Microsoft 365 services to align with business requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and security during migration processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 implementation.
• Provide training and support to end-users post-migration.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure a smooth transition.
• Document migration processes and best practices for future reference.
• Knowledge on EM+Security.

Additional knowledge:

Knowledge on Patch management tool

Knowledge on security products on MED or any 3rd party etc.

Knowledge on virtualization , storage and backup tool.
