Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for customer support representative role for our US clients infrastructure management. Being a customer care representative, this is an excellent job opportunity to start your career as IT Support and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 1 year of experience preferred in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT support principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge about internet browsers .
  • Basic understanding of Operating systems (windows)

Education and/or Experience:

Any Graduation

1-3 years of experience

Shift timing and working hours:

Rotational night shifts

5 Days working

9hrs shift
