Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Individual for Technical Support Advisor role for our US clients infrastructure management. You will be responsible for troubleshooting Internet browsers (EDGE, Firefox and Mozilla). Being a customer care representative, this is an excellent job opportunity to start your career as IT Support and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Any Technical qualifications (BCA, Btech, B.Sc.-IT).
1-3 years of experience and Freshers can also apply.
