The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join us as Key Accounts Operations in our sales team for SAARC region. The ideal candidate would be a seasoned executive, innovative and highly motivated with passion for sales and love for solving business problems with a strong 360-degree perspective on accounts and a result-oriented outlook.

Enterprise Sales, Ideas, and Implementation towards achieving Key Results.


What would you do?

  • Manage the end-to-end contract renewal process across all product lines, ensuring timely and successful renewals.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, operations, and pricing teams to create tailored renewal and revenue strategies that align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Proactively assess data and trends to provide insights for enhancing clients business, improving retention and driving growth.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, working capital and cash flow optimization, buyer supplier relationships, EIPP, and revenue optimization solutions
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and strategies
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to managing tasks and timelines
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client contracts, including renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate generation of invoices in accordance with contractual terms and service delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams for billing inputs (e.g., hours worked, deliverables met, milestones achieved).
  • Track accounts receivable and follow up with clients for pending payments.
  • Liaise with clients for billing clarifications, PO requirements, and other commercial queries.
  • Reconcile client accounts and resolve discrepancies in billing or collections.
  • Maintain billing schedules, trackers, and reports to monitor billing cycles and payment status.
  • Work with internal finance and legal teams to ensure contract terms are adhered to and financial processes are audit-ready.
  • Support month-end closing activities and revenue recognition inputs.
  • Prepare MIS reports for management on invoicing, collections, and client account health.

  • Superstrong collaborator by being the CenterPoint of a cross-functional account team across Customer Success, Delivery, Pre-sales, Support Sales Dev, Marketing
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Be in-sync with latest technology and industry trends and ensure adoption of relevant technologies in the system.

Academic Qualification:

  • Engineering/ equivalent technical qualification from a reputed college/ university
  • Good understanding of current technology trends along with ultra-scalable systems
