Job Title: Senior Salesforce Client Technical Delivery Lead

Job Summary:
As a Senior Salesforce Lead, you will be the key driver of Salesforce program success for strategic clients. This role requires a unique combination of technical depth, delivery rigor, and client relationship management. You will oversee end-to-end solution delivery, lead technical teams, and ensure alignment between client expectations and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Technical Leadership
Act as the primary technical contact and delivery owner for enterprise Salesforce clients.
Translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and design review sessions.
Project Delivery & Governance
Own the successful delivery of multi-cloud Salesforce programs across development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live.
Manage delivery timelines, technical risks, escalations, and change control processes.
Establish strong governance processes to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency. Team Leadership & Coordination
Guide and mentor cross-functional Salesforce teams (developers, architects, admins, QA) across geographies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (project managers, solution architects, pre sales) to drive program success.
Promote DevOps practices and CI/CD for efficient and secure deployments. Solution Architecture Oversight
Provide hands-on guidance on Apex, LWC, integrations (REST/SOAP), data migrations, and third-party tool usage.
Review and approve solution designs and technical implementation plans.
Ensure solutions align with best practices and enterprise architecture principles. Required
Skills & Experience:
8+ years of Salesforce experience across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and custom solutions.
Strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and data architecture.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead technical discussions with stakeholders. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Experience in managing global teams and distributed delivery models.
Certifications (Required/Preferred):
Required: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Administrator
Preferred: Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
