Job Description

  • Identify Tender and read eligibility criteria with technical and financial then prepare summary and send all the member for confirmation go head
  • Keeping records of all the Tenders published by department and uploading/submitting the general, technical, financial documents through online and offline platforms
  • Manage bidding process form consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/ partners till bid is submit
  • Arrange DD from accounts department for EMD, PBG, Tender Cost Processing fee for E- tendering and submit the same within given time period
  • Documents scan & upload, BOQ- financial bid calculation
  • Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications Aspiring candidates should be capable of handling the following functions: Tender Search Bid Preparation - Technical Price Bid E - tendering / E - Bidding / Reverse Auctions / Live Auctions Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid Coordinate with the respective dept. for document procurement in process of tenders
  • Reporting bidding status online / offline on daily basis Follow up with Vendors/ OEMs/ departments/ clients Vendor Registration for Limited tenders Attending pre bid / post bid meetings with customers Maintaining Customer Relationship with existing/ new clients Tracking status of Tenders offers Track Tenders/ RFPs for new bids/ design competitions
  • Preparing Datasheet maintaining records on regular basis; Follow up with Vendors / OEMs / departments / clients; MIS Report preparation / competitive bidders comparison sheet; Collection of EMD / coordinate with accounts department for EMD / TENDER FEE; PROCUREMENT of EMD / post tendering works
  • GeM Portal- Working Knowledge of OEM Panel Manage complete Company portfolio on GEM Portal
  • Know how to make all documents required for bidding
  • Tracking of EMD & Bank Guarantee
  • Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience Familiar with techno-commercial bids & tenders
Technical & Soft Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suit programs, especially excel Ability to work for long hours & on weekends to fulfil job requirements Confident & patience employee Passionate for growth & excellence through consistent hard work

Education Graduation and Master
