SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)
Experience: 4 - 8 Years Exp
Salary : INR 30-45 Lacs per annum
Preferred Notice Period: Within 30 Days
Shift: 10:00AM to 7:00PM IST

Were looking for a Lead SDET (3 / 4) who is highly aggressive, deeply accountable, and technically sharp. Ideal Profile
Youve worked with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, and other test frameworks and know when to use what.
Youre fluent in JavaScript and Python, and write clean, modular, reusable test code.
Youve built and scaled automation suites for web, mobile, and APIs.
You understand CI/CD, versioning, and cloud-native tooling like Docker and Kubernetes.
You challenge assumptions, think critically, and catch edge cases before they become bugs.
Youre comfortable in a high-ownership, fast-moving, product-obsessed environment. What Youll Do
Build scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, REST Assured, and more.
Own end-to-end quality for key product lines from requirement reviews to production releases.
Collaborate with developers, DevOps, product managers, and designers to integrate testing early and continuously.
Write test cases in JavaScript/Python and automate critical functional, regression, and smoke test scenarios.
Conduct performance, security, integration, and compatibility testing.
Create dashboards, maintain logs, and track test coverage, failure trends, and production regressions.
Train and mentor junior SDETs, conduct peer reviews, and enforce QA best practices. What Do We Offer?
