Senior Power Bi Developer @ Lufthansa Technik AG

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Power BI developer with at least 7 years of experience in Azure to join our team. As a Power BI developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing ,and implementing business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Azure technologies.

Role & responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements
• Design and implement data models and data warehouses using Azure services such as
• Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Synapse Analytics
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure the data infrastructure supports the Power BI reporting and analytics needs
• Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Power BI and Azure data services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Power BI reports and data sources.

Desired candidate profile:-

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Power BI development and Azure data services
• Strong knowledge of Power BI report development, data modeling, and DAX
• Experience with Azure data services such as Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Synapse Analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and basic Python
• Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Azure certifications, such as Azure Data Engineer or Azure Solutions Architect, are a plus.
