Capita is hiring for 6 months Paid Apprenticeship Training Program for Pune

Designation: Apprentice

Location: Mumbai

Shift Time: 12:30pm - 9:30pm (Fixed Shift) // 5 Days working, Sat & Sun Off

Stipend:

• For Graduates Up to INR 14,000 per month
• For Undergraduates INR 12,000 per month

Program Overview: 6-month apprenticeship program designed to kickstart your career in the BPO industry. This program provides hands-on training in key areas such as:

• BPO Industry & Culture
• Customer Service Essentials
• Microsoft Office Skills
• Email Writing & Communication

Upon successful completion of the program, you will undergo a government-authorized assessment and receive a completion certificate.

Post-Training Opportunities: After completing the training, you may have the chance to join our team in a contractual or permanent role, subject to availability and suitability of positions, In case no roles are available, your certificate will open doors for external job opportunities.

Criteria:

• Candidates must have completed or be completing their HSC, Graduation or Postgraduation between year 2023-2025.
• Engineering graduates (BE/B.Tech) are not eligible for this opportunity
• The program is strictly for Freshers only. Any prior work experience will result in disqualification.
• Candidates must have a continuous academic record with no gaps post qualification
• Candidates must be currently residing in Mumbai
• Candidate should be available to join immediately upon selection
