Job Description

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong programming knowledge in Core Java (Java 8+ to Java 17)
  
• Hands-on experience in Eclipse IDE Platform development (Workbench-4), versions 2020.X to 2025.X
  
• Proven expertise in Eclipse plugin development (custom plugins)
  
• Familiar with Eclipse RCP, JFace, and SWT
  
• Experience with bug fixing and enhancements for existing products (e.g., 2023.X versions)
  
• Ability to fix security vulnerabilities
  
• Skilled in Maven build tool
  
• Comfortable working on Linux (Ubuntu 20, RedHat) and Windows OS
  
• Experience in product maintenance and providing support
  
• Basic scripting with Python for build and release processes
  
• Familiarity with BitBucket for version control
  

Secondary Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Eclipse CDT and upgrading Eclipse versions from 2020.X to the latest
  
• Ability to support Windows OS
  
• Improve test case coverage to at least 80%
  
• Exposure to AWS services
