Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager with 45 years of experience to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate must have complete and hands-on knowledge of GST and TDS, along with experience in managing financial transactions in multiple currencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations
  
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST and TDS returns
  
• Handle all statutory compliance and tax-related matters
  
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable
  
• Manage foreign currency transactions and reconciliations
  
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  
• 45 years of experience in finance/accounting
  
• 100% hands-on knowledge of GST and TDS regulations
  
• Strong working knowledge of multi-currency financial processes
  
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
