Job Description

• Ensuring that our customers remain happy with our products and services.
• Working with customers to own and solve their technical problems.
• Acting as the main contact to proactively analyze and solve technical issues.
• Collaborating and working closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive problems to resolution.

• Have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a High School Diploma in a related subject.
• Have a 2-4 yrs high-level understanding of cloud provider ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, etc
• Have an understanding of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS and layer 7 technologies.
• Have a natural ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with customers in difficult environments.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
