Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Creative Direction & Strategy
- Define the creative vision for furniture collections and evolve the visual identity of the brand across all platforms.
- Set seasonal campaign themes, narratives, and visual directions in sync with product and business goals
- Oversee all phases of the creative process from mood board to final product visuals and videos.

2. Furniture Product Development
- Partner with photographers, editors, and influencers to ensure quality and cohesion.
- Guide styling, casting, locations, props, and shot lists.
- Guide design direction for materials, color palettes, finishes, and styling.
- Approve product design concepts, packaging visuals, and final renderings.
3. Visual Content & Branding
- Direct the visual language for the website, social media, and campaigns.
- Approve 3D renders, animated videos, lifestyle imagery, and product shoots.
- Ensure consistency in tone, aesthetics, and branding across all media.
4. Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a creative team of designers, animators, and editors.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, and production teams.
- Manage timelines, feedback loops, and quality control.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 37 years of creative leadership experience in furniture, lifestyle, interior, or product design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design, campaign direction, and visual storytelling.
- Expertise in furniture trends (especially for the UK market) and consumer behavior.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce branding and performance-focused design.
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, 3D rendering software (like 3ds Max, Blender, or SketchUp), and video editing platforms.
- Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional creative teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in D2C furniture or home dcor brands.
- Understanding of 3D animation, reels, and lifestyle content creation.
- Knowledge of UK design preferences and competitor landscape.
