Knowledge / experience with Tessent ATPG (mentor) is a plus Must Have Has worked on Spyglass-DFT Must Have Knowledge on automation scripts like TCL/PERL is a plus. Basic Job Deliverable Must Have Support Spyglass debug and coverage correlation.. Must Have Support scan-stitching runs.. Debug DRC / other scan-related issues Must Have Support ATPG.. debug ATPG issues.. debug coverage holes.. Must Have Support gate-level simulations..
