Salary : INR 60-85 Lacs per annum
Preferred Notice Period: Within 30 Days
Shift: 10:00AM to 7:00PM IST

Someone who wants to own significant parts of the product/tech roadmap and make company-level decisions. What Youll Do
Lead mission-critical teams working on scalable, secure, and distributed systems across Fynds commerce, logistics, and AI platforms.
Set engineering vision, drive system design discussions, and push for architectural excellence.
Hire, mentor, and grow exceptional engineers and future tech leaders.
Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to translate business needs into tech strategy.
Champion engineering best practices performance, code quality, testing, monitoring, and developer experience.
Take product ownership as a partner to founders and business heads, not just a manager.
Drive adoption of modern cloud-native infrastructure and DevOps practices.
Play a critical role in shaping the engineering culture of the company. What Were Looking For
8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in technical leadership roles.
Proven track record as Founder, CTO, or Tech Leader at a startup or high-growth company.
Hands-on experience with full-stack architecture: backend (Node.js, Python, Java), frontend (React, Vue), databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), cloud (AWS/GCP), DevOps (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD).
Demonstrated ability to scale systems from zero to millions of users or transactions.
You love code. You still ship occasionally. And you know when to zoom out.
Strong decision-maker with a business-first mindset.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
