  • New BuildsPlan and execute the creation of new virtual environments.
  • Upgrades and PatchingRegularly update and patch virtualization software to ensure stability and security.
  • Capacity Planning and OptimizationAnalyze resource usage and optimize virtual environments for performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue ResolutionDiagnose and resolve issues related to virtualization platforms.

    • Qualifications
  • Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications are desired and considered a plus.
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
  • Microsoft CertifiedAzure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft CertifiedWindows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
  • Additional certifications in Nutanix, Cisco, or other relevant technologies
  • ?Experience:
  • Extensive experience with virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, VMware vCenter, Microsoft Hyper-V, Nutanix).
  • Strong background in security and access management (Active Directory).
  • Hands-on experience with compute infrastructure (Cisco Intersight, Cisco UCS, Cisco Compute, Cisco Fabric Interconnect).
  • Proficiency in managing Windows Server and various Linux distributions.
    • Requirements
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Capacity planning and optimization expertise.
  • High availability and disaster recovery planning.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • 5 years of proven experience as a System Administrator in a similar role.
