Heading team of Cluster Heads, Branch Managers & large team of FLS, trainers & support team Training & Motivating entire Regional agency sales team Responsible for Regional Projects/Sales Strategy/Planning/RNR Assisting National Head for Sales Target

Required Candidate profile

Need hardcore sales experience in AGENCY Sales
Candidates Having Exp- 12 to 18 yrs Insurance Industry would be highly preferred
Should have handled large sales team Nationally
Age- 40 to 45 yrs mx
