Stg Infotech Invites Webfocus And Sql Support Specialist @ STG Infotech (India)

Job Description

• Provide L2/L3 support for WebFOCUS reports, dashboards, and data extracts across business units
• Write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL queries to support reporting and data quality validation
• Investigate and resolve incidents related to report performance, data inconsistencies, and system errors
• Collaborate with business users, BI developers, and database administrators to address and resolve issues quickly
• Participate in on-call rotations or provide 24/7 support as needed for critical production issues or scheduled maintenance
• Ensure end-to-end data integrity from source systems to front-end reporting tools
• Document support procedures, incident resolutions, and system configurations
• Assist in WebFOCUS upgrades, patching, and system configuration activities
• Support testing and validation for new reports, enhancements, and database changes
