13POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:Position accountable for ensuring the successful design, development and deployment of global service processes and related infrastructurePosition impacts the business by building new service capabilities and/or improving operational efficiencyPosition responsible for being subject-matter experts regarding the processes/infrastructure for which they are responsible and are key contributors during development and deployment; In addition to planning and budgeting, position often leads and manages the overall realization effortPresents and gains agreement for problem isolation, solution creation and implementation plans; Isolates standard problemsForms project team, facilitates project binder content, conducts project team meetings, owns meeting minutes and risk/issue documentation and resolutionAnalyzes, designs, and develops well-defined methods and procedures for service related activities.Monitoring and reacting to events for all customersProvide support to operational personnel, monitor process performance, drive standardization and manage changesDevelop and implement consistent processes and infrastructure globally to support (new and existing) service capabilities and drive down operational costProvide support to service operations personnel to ensure consistent process execution and contain costMonitor process execution and identify areas for improvement;Collaborate with operational teams and other support organizations to deploy process and/or infrastructure changes when neededResponsible for the analysis, design, and development of well-defined methods, procedures, and programs for service-related activities Lead and contribute to the deployment of new processes, systems and related infrastructure and provide support to personnel who directly support customersDetermine ways to simplify or eliminate redundant or unnecessary steps/activities resulting in further efficiencies in cost and speed; Propose, develop, and implement processes that address NCR business needsSecure process owner sponsorship and all approvals; Gather global requirements; Gain consensus for consistent global implementationProvide key input for training developmentSubject Matter Expert (SME) for global processes and process architectureUnderstand and communicate process capabilities; Ongoing maintenance of process documentation; Share process knowledge with local or global process owners, as well as with end usersProvide ongoing support of assigned business processes; Analyze, design, and develop well-defined methods, procedures and programs in the delivery of NCR business solutionsGather, define and document system/tool business requirements; Ensure that systems/tools effectively and efficiently support business processesAssist IT in the development of functional specificationsProvide thought leadership in creation of infrastructure architectureManage deployment of new capabilities (processes, systems & infrastructure) from SAT/UAT through Go Live; Manage ITS activities (e.g., application, system, network upgrades) for customer deploymentsCoordinate business user testing activities; Develop user documentation and training materials and train global end-users when necessaryExecute customer implementation processDevelop and communicate business justification for projects/programsPrepare cost/benefit analysis (ROIs, etc.) with process/system owner; Track financial activities related to projects/programsWork with stakeholders (internal/external) to set priorities and manage activities; Provide status reports to management and other stakeholdersBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Technical/Vocational Certification1-2 years of related experienceDirect operational experience as a Practitioner or manager within a sought process/infrastructure area is desirableDemonstrate financial knowledge/skillsExperience in application of process improvement methods and tools such as reengineering, structured problem solving, change management, and program management is an assetMust know how to provide leadership among peers and higher level managers and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree in a business or technical-related discipline; such as Business Administration or Information Technology.PMP certification. Expert in MS office, particularly in excel and PPT.
