Job Description

Inspira Enterprise India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Account Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Develop and execute account plans for key clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and goals Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand the business Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and contracts Monitor and report on account performance, including sales and revenue targets Provide exceptional service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and issues in a timely manner Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure that clients receive the support they need Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments Provide regular updates and reports on account activity to senior management Strong sales and marketing knowledge Experience using CRM systems and account management tools Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
