• BDD/TDD, Pairing and Continuous Integration
  
• Helping teams to deliver high velocity
  
• Contribution to product roadmap
  
• Strong design capabilities, following SOLID principles using C#
  
• Proper application of DDD
  
• Effective collaboration, removal of silos
  
• Building high availability solutions. Development of asynchronous and/or multi-tiered scalable applications
  
• Productionisation of solutions monitoring, alerting, dashboards
  
• Working on solutions hosted in cloud environments (Azure)
  
• Hands-on experience in DevOps Practices
  
• Usage of SQL and no SQL databases
  
• Usage of Git
  
• Honours degree in IT
