Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ASP.Net development and support
• Strong understanding of .NET Framework, C#, MVC, Web APIs, and IIS
• Exposure to databases like SQL Server, including performance tuning and query optimization
• Ability to analyze logs, debug code, and coordinate with various stakeholders
• Experience in production support with incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL)
• Provide L2/L3 production support for ASP.Net-based applications with quick turnaround and minimal business impact
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in a time-sensitive environment
• Monitor system performance, identify areas of improvement, and proactively implement solutions
• Collaborate with development teams for code fixes, enhancements, and release validations
• Maintain clear documentation for incident reports, root cause analysis (RCA), and application runbooks
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, incident management processes, and escalation protocols
• Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and knowledge transition activities
• Contribute to process automation and improvement of monitoring tools
