Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and technically proficient Technical Program Manager (TPM) with 2-6 years of experience to drive the execution of high-impact projects. This role requires a deep understanding of IT systems, and a problem-solving mindset. A key aspect of this role involves leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate and optimize data production workflows. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of how LLMs work and how they can be applied to various use cases, along with a strong interest in exploring and implementing these technologies.You will be responsible for ensuring seamless project execution, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the design and implementation of key programs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and align execution strategies.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing effective technical solutions.
- Break down complex challenges into structured, actionable projects and tasks.
- Set up monitoring protocols and design Management Information Systems (MIS)
- reports to track progress.
- Continuously monitor and optimize process performance using data-driven insights.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in technical program management, IT operations, or software development.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language is a plus.
- Deep understanding of IT systems, networking, and computing fundamentals.
- Understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) work and how they can be utilized for various use cases.
- Strong interest in exploring and implementing LLMs for automating and optimizing data production workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen interest in optimizing technical projects.
- High intent on getting things done, with a process-driven approach.
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to make data-backed decisions, using logical reasoning and continuous feedback to refine solutions.
