Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Formulate training strategy as per need, help sales team achieve sales numbers, ensure channel sales manager productivity
• New agent training, activation, induction and E-Training coverage
• Ensure training coverage as per calendar & training needs
• Travel to branches to understand business acumen, meet agents, attend meetings conduct training

Preferred candidate profile

• Any graduate or post graduate
• Proper experience in Training is must
• Language Proficiency English & Telugu is Must
• Preferably from BFSI
• Ready to travel atleast 7 days in a month and as needed
• Salary budget is 7 lakhs per annum
• Selection is based on candidate profile, stability, salary fitment and competency
