Job Description

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.
  
• Use various sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates (LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, job boards, Boolean searches, etc.).
  
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.
  
• Engage with potential candidates through email, messaging platforms, and calls to assess interest and fit.
  
• Maintain accurate candidate data and sourcing activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  
• Conduct initial screening calls to qualify candidates on basic technical and cultural fit criteria.
  
• Stay updated on emerging technology trends and the competitive talent landscape.
  
• Recommend improvements to sourcing processes and tools.
