• The LeadSoftware Engineer - Full Stack is responsible for providing technicalleadership to both onshore and offshore teams. The role involves developing andmaintaining modular, reusable back-end components using .NET and Angular.
  
• The Lead responsiblefor designing and overseeing the architecture of software systems, ensuringscalability, performance, and security. He/She collaborate with developmentteams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with businessgoals.
• The role involves selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, andtools to meet project needs. Additionally, they provide technical leadership,mentorship, and troubleshooting support throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• will also beresponsible for mentoring team members and taking ownership of the applicationsfrom end-to-end, and management and delivery of IT and businesssolutions using Scrum framework best practices.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrumpractices
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
• Manage each projectscope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and dailystand-ups
• Be the point of contact for external communications(e.g., from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and newrequests
• Participate incode reviews, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues anddefects as well as assisting with continuous improvement
• Identify andresolve performance and scalability issues
• Contribute to backenddesign, technical direction and backend architecture including collaboratingwith various teams
• Design efficient and reusable backend systems that drive complex applications,front-end systems that drive complex web applications, components that drivemobile applications
• Createmicroservices using .NET Core.
• Stay on top oftechnology changes in the market and continuously look for opportunities toleverage new technology
• Build reusablecomponents and backend libraries for future use
• Create testable,universally available applications and services with monitoring and alerting
• Building cloudapplications with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Translate designs and process wireframes into high quality code
• Identify and resolveperformance and scalability issues
