Job Description
- Lead and manage large projects involving endpoint security and network solutions.
- Design and oversee the deployment of heterogeneous security products such as firewalls, IDS, Anti-Virus solutions, OS Patch Management, and policy enforcement (e.g., Network Admission/Access Control) solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and alignment of security strategies.
- Ensure timely project delivery while meeting all specified requirements and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the project team members.
- Conduct regular project status reviews and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on advancements in endpoint protection and network security technologies.
- Expertise in endpoint security and network technologies.
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals and intermediate-level knowledge of network operations.
- Proficiency in deploying and managing various security products (firewalls, IDS, Anti-Virus, etc.).
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- B. E/BTech/B.SC
- Minimum 7 years of experience in endpoint security and network management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in endpoint protection.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects with diverse security product deployments.
- CEH, Microsoft Certified Professional (mandatory).
