Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential clients, explain Aces offerings, and introduce relevant insurance solutions.
- Actively perform cold calling and follow-ups to generate and nurture leads.
- Maintain a strong understanding of various lines of insurance including General, Health, and Life.
- Utilize tools and platforms to collect and analyze client information.
- Prepare, update, and maintain detailed client records in Excel and internal systems.
- Create impactful presentations to support the sales team during client meetings.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure smooth handover to the Sales/Servicing teams.
- Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and consistent follow-ups.
Key Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or business development role, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong knowledge of different types of insurance products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Go-getter attitude with strong marketing instincts and client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage lead generation and pre-sales activities.
