We're Hiring: Operations Managers Voice & Chat (Contact Center)

Lead and optimize customer support operations across voice and chat in a fast-paced BPO environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day contact center operations.
  2. Drive service levels, quality, and team productivity.
  3. Monitor KPIs and ensure process compliance.
  4. Coach teams to meet and exceed performance targets.
  5. Collaborate across departments for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate (MBA preferred).
  2. 1+ year in contact center operations leadership.
  3. Strong team management, analytical, and communication skills.
  4. Familiar with CRM tools and call center tech.
