Job Description
Job Type : Contract to Hire [1 year Contract]
Location : Onsite , Andheri
Time : Monday to Friday 10 a.m.- 7 p.m. [Regular Shifts]
As a Learning and Development Key Responsibilities are:
- Learning Program Design & Development:
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs.
- Develop and deliver tailored training programs (in-person, virtual, e-learning) that support organizational goals and enhance employee performance.
- Design engaging and interactive learning content and materials that align with company culture and objectives.
- Utilize various instructional methods such as classroom training, e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Training Delivery & Facilitation:
- Conduct training sessions on a wide range of soft skills topics, communication (written/Verbal), Presentation skills, Emotional Intelligence, Cross culture sensitivity, onboarding.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars for employees at all levels to support career growth, skill development, and productivity.
- Ensure that all training activities are engaging, relevant, and effective in achieving learning outcomes.
- Learning Needs Analysis:
- Conduct regular assessments to determine training needs across different departments and teams.
- Collaborate with HR and management to assess the skills gap and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Employee Development & Career Growth:
- Support employees in their career progression by identifying growth opportunities and providing relevant learning pathways.
- Coach and mentor employees as needed to enhance personal and professional development.
- Training Administration & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance outcomes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and report on ROI to leadership.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and other training tools to ensure effective tracking and reporting.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new learning technologies to keep training programs innovative and relevant.
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- OD Interventions:
- Support OD interventions like MDP/LDP end to end.
- Ensure smooth execution, communication to all stake holders, faculty selection, feedback process and effectiveness measurement
- Branding:
- Active involvement in the branding of various programs and initiatives, hands on with tools like Canva
- Drafting communications for programs, announcements, launch mails, learning mailers
