Job Summary

We are seeking skilled UKG Kronos Consultants with expertise in implementing and supporting UKG Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in timekeeping, scheduling, and labor management systems, along with experience in client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the implementation of UKG Kronos solutions (Workforce Central, Dimensions, Ready).
• Configure modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Advanced Scheduling, and Leave Management.
• Develop and maintain interfaces, reports, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, and IT.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Kronos (WFC, Dimensions, or Ready).
• Strong knowledge of time and attendance, scheduling, and labor compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
