Position Overview:


We are seeking a Sales Manager from Mumbai with experience in enterprise sales, specializing in engaging with top-level executives such as CIOs, VPs, IT Directors, and other CXOs. The candidate will play a critical role in understanding customer requirements, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring the CEO is involved at the right stage to close deals.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling IT products and services, specifically in domains like Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Contact Centers. They should possess exceptional communication skills, a straightforward personality, and the ability to navigate decision-making hierarchies in large enterprises. This role will focus on clients across West and South India.


Role & responsibilities


  • Identify and connect with CXOs in Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Automotive, and related industries in West and South India.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.
  • Understand client requirements and pain points related to AI services, voice call auditing solutions, and IT services.
  • Qualify leads using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
  • Identify immediate opportunities requiring CEO involvement to expedite deal closures.
  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate target accounts
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that explain the companys technologies and solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Work closely with the CEO to strategize deal closures and maintain alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide detailed and accurate reports on targets, pipeline progress, and revenue projections.
  • Leverage experience and knowledge in Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, and Automotive to identify opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and use insights to tailor pitches and identify new markets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales in the IT product and services domain.
  • Proven track record of selling to CXOs in Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Automotive, or similar industries.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions (e.g., AI services, voice call auditing) in a clear, concise manner.
  • Strong grasp of the BANT qualification process and sales cycles for enterprise solutions.
  • Crystal-clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Straightforward and confident personality with the ability to navigate complex organizational hierarchies.
  • Prior experience working with Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, or Consumer Deliverables is an added bonus.
  • Proven ability to generate revenue projections and meet/exceed sales targets.
