Job Description

Involved in the discussion with Hiring Managers to write job descriptions where needed, setting and managing their expectations regarding timescales and aware them the market situation.

Handling the first round of interviews to assess the candidate s competencies and attitude.

Proactively leading the Employee Engagement Activities.
