Position Overview:
We are seeking a Clinic Assistant Manager to join our team and be the first point of
contact for our clinic. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and able to multitask
effectively.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Answer incoming calls and emails, and handle inquiries or redirect as necessary.
Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
Process patient payments, issue receipts, and handle billing inquiries.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments.
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Provide general information about clinic services, policies, and procedures to patients
and visitors.
Handle confidential patient information with utmost discretion and maintain patient
