Job Description
- Role Overview. Hetero Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager / Manager Corporate Communications Strategic Communications to lead and execute strategic communication initiatives across the organization globally. This role is instrumental in implementing communications strategy and strengthening the corporate narrative in alignment with business goals. Prior Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry Is Essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop clear communication execution plans, communications processes to support the implementation of strategic communication plans aligned with the organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, to integrate communication strategies with business initiatives and transformation programs. Contribute to organizational change management efforts and support in the implementation of internal communication strategies. Develop collaterals, corporate presentations (PPTs) and videos based on organizational requirements, ensuring they reflect strategic direction, key messages, and brand standards. Produce engaging content, including scripts, speeches, talking points, and executive messages. Lead the production of impactful video content from planning through post-production for internal and external distribution. Identify and create thought leadership opportunities for senior leadership, including speaking engagements, authored articles, panel participation, and media interviews. Develop content and campaigns that position Heteros leadership as influential voices within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Plan and execute initiatives that enhance Heteros brand visibility and credibility in the market, leveraging both online and offline platforms. Ensure adherence to Heteros branding guidelines and maintain high-quality standards across all communication deliverables. Support efforts in driving brand visibility, product messaging, and support the BD teams in customer engagement communications based on the requirement. Coordinate and support Marketing Communications & Business Development teams through integrated communication strategies and align with business growth objectives. Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring they deliver high-quality content, campaigns, and services aligned with Heteros communication goals. Foster a high-performing team culture centered around innovation, agility, and collaboration. Proactively support in crisis communications to safeguard company reputation. Qualifications: Masters degree in Communications with sciences at graduation or a related field. 712 years of relevant experience in strategic or corporate communications, with at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Proven ability to build and execute communication strategies that support corporate goals. Experience in executive communication and stakeholder engagement. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Experience in pharmaceuticals is a strong advantage. Preferred Attributes: Deep understanding of Global communication trends in the pharmaceutical and healthcare space. Strategic and Creative mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving and messaging. Business acumen and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, impactful communication. A results-driven individual with an operational mindset, passionate about optimizing and executing complex workflows efficiently, and skilled in taking full ownership of both projects.,
