You will take full ownership of product quality and contribute to the success of the broader team. As a QA Lead, your key responsibilities will include: Leading the India-based QA team, ensuring high-quality deliverables across manual and automated testing Working closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC Designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases across multiple projects Driving automation efforts to ensure optimal test coverage and code maintainability Managing test environments, data, and releases with a strong focus on risk mitigation Enhancing QA processes, maintaining documentation, and contributing to the teams test maturity Reporting on QA metrics and identifying quality risks and improvement areas proactively Qualifications: We expect you to: Have 5+ years of QA experience, including 12 years in a leadership or senior QA role Demonstrate the ability to lead QA teams and drive cross-functional collaboration Be an excellent problem-solver who can think creatively and critically Bring a collaborative, can-do mindset to help achieve team goals Manage your time effectively and drive initiatives forward Show initiative, act with ownership, and get things done Communicate clearly and confidentlyboth written and verbal Stay curious, eager to learn, and energized by new challenges Technically, you should: Be confident in test design, planning, and execution for both manual and automated testing Have experience with automation tools such as Cypress, SpecFlow, Playwright, or similar Be familiar with BDD-style testing and Gherkin scenarios Possess SQL skills (preferably Microsoft SQL Server) Have experience working with bug tracking systems, test management tools, and CI/CD integration Understand Agile practices and the full software development life cycle Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Whats in store for you Leadership development opportunities as we grow our India operations An exciting travel opportunity to our Sydney office to collaborate with the broader Resonate team Hands-on experience working in a truly cloud-native environment Regular exposure to cutting-edge technologies and emerging industry trends The chance to work in a high-impact role that helps shape the direction of a growing global business Ready to make an impact Join a team where innovation is encouraged, ideas are valued, and your contributions directly influence the future of our platform.
