Location: Gurugram, India

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AEM Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in back-end development with 5+ years of overall experience and at least 2+ years working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will be responsible for building scalable AEM back-end components, integrating with enterprise systems, and optimizing AEM implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain back-end components using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Java-based technologies.
- Create custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services using OSGi and Sling models.
- Integrate AEM with external systems like CRMs, DAMs, APIs, and other third-party services.
- Ensure high performance, security, scalability, and reliability of back-end systems.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and business teams for project delivery.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.
- Maintain documentation for architecture, design, and implementation.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in back-end development using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, or similar technologies.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x) back-end development.
- Experience in OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL, and AEM Dispatcher configuration.
- Proficient in designing scalable and secure AEM components and templates.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture and best practices.
- Experience with AEM integrations using RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) Adobe Experience Manager Developer (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with Cloud Manager or AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) is a plus
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus
