Servicenow Engineer @ Apps Associates

Job Description

Role: The ServiceNow Engineers will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Cloud Infrastructure Discovery solution in ServiceNow. They will assist in analyzing and cleaning up existing CMDB data, creating tag-based application services, and ensuring accurate data collection, integration, and population into the CMDB. They will also work closely with stakeholders such as Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Business Office, ITSM, and Operations to align technical work with organizational goals.

Skills:

• 4-10 years of relevant ServiceNow experience; particularly Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM and CMDB. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their APIs.
• Proven experience in defining and implementing cloud tagging strategies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization.
• Experience with ITOM (IT Operations Management) and ITSM (IT Service Management) processes.
• Proven experience in analyzing and cleaning up CMDB data to improve accuracy and completeness
• strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams and departments.
