Job Description

Preparation of MIS, PL and Balance Sheet and other reports for internal purposes.

Computation and payment of TDS Deduction, Filing of TDS Return, maintaining records for TDS receivable
Accounting Filing of monthly/quarterly GST Returns
Banking activities, ROC Compliance, manage plan funds.
Co-ordinating with 3rd party vendor for Payroll processing related compliance activities like PF, ESIC, Profession Tax, employee TDS etc.
Keeping track of Accounts Receivable, calling follow-up for outstanding balance
Co-ordinating for Statutory Tax Audit
Accounting entries in Tally for revenue booking, vendor payments, month end closing statutory liabilities

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience after articleship.
Strong Communication Skills.
General business interest and awareness
Expert Knowledge of Excel and IT proficiency.
Strong analytical, problem-solving
Hard working dedicated
Strong technical skills willingness to learn
Good at time management cross department communication.
Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously and produce favorable outcomes.
