Currently, we are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional to join our team.
Job Description: Candidate should have 4+ of Oracle HCM cloud experience and a functional professional who understands solutions, industry best practices well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Soci t G n rale methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. May act as the Functional consultant on Oracle HCM projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. Added advantage of having People soft HCM 9.X.
Responsibilities : - In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes and their data flow.
- The candidate is expected to have sound domain knowledge in Oracle HCM covering the hire-to-retire cycle.
- Expected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written.
- 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with at least 3 end-to-end implementation experiences on Oracle HCM cloud.
- The candidate must have excellent configuration expertise on the below modules/tools/scripts:
- Core HR Configuration of Organizational Structures
- Absence Configuration & Fast Formulas, Rules
- OTL configuration, rules configuration, and OT calculation, fast formulas
- Payroll elements configuration payments & deductions, Adhoc Payments, Payroll, Bank Accounts
- Compensation elements configuration including allowance, bonus, etc.
- Oracle Journeys, Employee Self-service functionalities
- Page personalization, Defining UX rules, Workflow, UI changes and custom alerts
- Candidates should have completed at least 3 projects in the modules mentioned above and should be an independent contributor.
- The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management.
- Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems. Interact with clients frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables.
- In-depth understanding of Data Model and Business process functionality and its data flow in Oracle HCM Cloud application.
- Having experience in security configuration is an added advantage.
- Willing to work in shifts, if required in the future.
