Job Description:

Job Requirements and Skills:

B.E./B. Tech or M.E/ M. Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Production and Industrial Engineering
Product Design Experience in Automotive Seating Components (Foam, Plastic, Structure, Sheetmetal/Tubular, Mechanism, etc.) with Packaging, Layout, Ergo, DMU Checks, etc..
Working experience in Component & System level designing.
Perform feasibility study and provide Engineering Model for Styling convergence.
Technical checks based on requirements from Performance such as Ergo, Comfort, Assy Process, Corporate Design Rules for each milestones.
Approving Supplier Functional/layout drawings for the product.
Proficient in UG (NX) and Team center is mandatory.
Good Knowledge in Plastic / Sheet metal parts Manufacturing & Assembly feasibility study.
Knowledge in Injection Tool & molding Process / Sheet metal Tools & process.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Knowledge in DFMEA, DVP&R, DFM/A/S.
