About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated fresh graduates to join our Technical Team. As a fresher, you will work alongside experienced professionals to develop, test, support, and maintain technical solutions across different departments. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to design discussions.
• Document technical processes and user manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project goals.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies as per project needs.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong understanding of basic programming concepts (e.g., Python, Java, C++, etc.).
• Familiarity with databases (SQL), web development, or basic networking is a plus.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Internship or project experience in software or IT support.
• Exposure to version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
