Currently, we are looking for a Oracle EBS CRM Functional Consultant to join our team.
Job Description: - Must have technical knowledge of the entire Oracle E-Business suite of Products (11i and R12)
- Should have product knowledge of most of the Oracle CRM modules (especially CRM Foundation, Teleservice, Installed Base, Service Contract, Telesales, and Customer Hub)
- Must have very good knowledge of Coding, Debugging, Design, and reviews
- Should have experience in at least two to five projects (Implementations or Roll Outs or upgrade, maintenance/support engagements in the telecom industry
- Should be familiar with the life cycle of roll outs, implementations, upgrades, or support engagements
- Must have extensive knowledge of RICEW components and application of SDLCs to RICE components
- Should have good knowledge of Data migrations, forms, reports, BI publisher, knowledge of OAF and workflow is a plus
