Assistant Store Manager @ ETERNAL

Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring excellent customer service.
  
• Monitor and report on daily activities, manage staff schedules (rosters), and conduct performance reviews.
  
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and conduct weekly store audits.
  
• Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  
• Uphold store discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
  
• Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently to minimize store-level complaints.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  
• Analyze supply chain performance and contribute to operational improvements.
  
• Lead daily team briefings to review challenges and align goals.
• Having experience in Last mile operations & hiring riders
