Job Description

Software Quality Assurance Engineer with hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems including ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 (added advantage).

• Expertise in implementing and managing knowledge in CMMi process for IT projects, and Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Internal Auditor Certification in relevant standards, especially CMMI and Agile Scrum frameworks, with practical experience in conducting internal audits.

• Knowledge and experience in Configuration and Requirement Management activities such as CMP review & update, Configuration Management Audits, and Release Audits.

• Ability to drive business excellence and continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Strong skills in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Problem Solving, Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and implementing process improvements.

Software Quality Assurance engineer with knowledge in QMS such as ISO 9001: 2015 and expertise in implementing & managing CMMI level 5 and working in Agile scrum environments
